Analyze and identify risks and opportunities related to project specifications during the bidding/tendering stage.
Ensure compliance with project objectives, timelines, and schedules.
Plan team activities based on workload and solution complexity, while identifying required competencies.
Collaborate with your line manager and other project stakeholders to create a positive and engaging work environment.
Maintain technical quality and service levels for engineering documents (such as network architecture, technical descriptions, BOM, etc.).
Act as a coordinator for complex projects, ensuring targets for deliverables, quality, and efficiency are met.
Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental procedures, actively participating in their development to meet service needs.
Drive continuous improvement by setting productivity targets and implementing related actions. Lead subcontractors (when applicable), ensuring proper competence, assessment, and relationship management.
Engage in ongoing improvement of engineering competency and capacity for both you and your team to meet project execution requirements. Support the line of business in developing and deploying new products and innovations.
Qualifications:
A bachelor s or master s degree (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronics, Computer Science, or Instrumentation Engineering.
7-8 years of experience in energy automation project execution, team leadership, and customer management.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the industry.
Versatile customer experience is a plus.
Leadership , interpersonal, and team-building skills.
Excellent soft skills and communication abilities.
