Senior Technical Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy, software architecture, and delivery of AI, networking, and enterprise software solutions.
• Oversee software development projects to ensure timely delivery, quality, and compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, regional teams, and clients to develop scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and support for projects involving clients and stakeholders across the Greater China market.
• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams while promoting innovation and engineering best practices.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues, assess risks, and drive continuous improvement in software development processes.
• Support technology planning, product innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience with Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience, including experience in a technical leadership role.
• Proven experience leading enterprise software development and engineering teams across the APAC region.
• Experience supporting clients and stakeholders in the Greater China market
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, business partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
