Key responsibilities

Build and deliver rapid POCs and prototypes using Python, translating ideas into tangible solutions and scalable architectures.
Work across data ecosystems (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases) to enable seamless integration and intelligent workflows.
Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to ensure POCs are scalable, secure, and production ready.
Partner with senior stakeholders and leadership teams, using strong storytelling and presentation skills to influence decisions.

Role requirements

10 - 15 years of experience across software engineering and recent experience into AI, or techno-functional product roles.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL, data modelling).
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or related AI frameworks along with proven experience in building POCs / prototypes in fast paced or undefined environments.
Good understanding of cloud platforms (GCP/Azure) and modern architecture patterns.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value, with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
