Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior technical designer specializing in workplace interiors to join our project team. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of office design projects—translating creative ideas into executable solutions that align with codes, budgets, and client expectations.

This role involves coordination across disciplines and technical expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design development to execution
• Preparing technical layouts, construction drawings based on architectural and design specification.
• Overview all design development documents, MEP coordination and project management requirements. BOQ reviews
• Ensure quality of design, documentation and project execution
• Work closely with architects and designers to translate concepts into technical documentation
• Site coordination and execution, monitor quality control and compliance with building regulations, fire safety norms and project specific standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience working in a Workplace Design+Build firm
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design, Masters in Design preferred
• Proven track record of delivering corporate interior projects
• Expertise in technical drawings and construction documentation
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
