Aderco Pte. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Technical-Commercial Manager - APAC to join our Singapore team.
About the Opportunity
Aderco is seeking an accomplished hybrid technical-commercial professional to drive business development and market expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. Based in our Singapore office alongside our Managing Director, you'll lead growth initiatives across the maritime, energy, and fuel additives sectors, leveraging your technical expertise to build lasting client relationships and establish Aderco's presence as a trusted industry partner.
What You'll Bring
Experience & Background:
- 10+ years in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the maritime, fuel additives, energy, or related industries
- Proven track record of developing, expanding, and scaling business operations across multiple APAC markets
- Well-established network within the APAC maritime industry, including ship owners, ship managers, ship operators, port operators, agents, and distributors
- Hands-on experience at sea or onboard vessels is a strong plus
Technical & Commercial Skills:
- Strong understanding of marine engine operations, fuel management, and fuel additive technologies, with the ability to present and explain complex technical solutions to both C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Strategic approach to building and managing agent networks across diverse APAC markets
- Strong presentation and communication skills that bridge technical and commercial conversations
- Willingness and availability to travel regularly across the APAC region
Industry Leadership:
- Active participation in industry associations, committees, and events to elevate Aderco's market visibility
- Genuine commitment to environmental and sustainability topics within the energy and shipping sectors
- Results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
