Senior Technical Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead who can design and build scalable systems end-to-end while guiding engineering decisions across the stack. You will work closely with Engineering Manager/ Head of engineering , lead architecture discussions, and help shape the engineering team as we grow.

This role requires strong expertise in Python-based backend systems and Flutter-based frontend development, along with experience building production-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

•Lead the design and development of the core product architecture.

•Build and maintain scalable backend services using Python.

•Develop high-quality cross-platform user interfaces using Flutter.

•Own end-to-end system design, including APIs, data models, and application workflows.

•Collaborate with Head of engineering and product stakeholders to translate product ideas into technical solutions.

•Ensure code quality, performance, security, and maintainability across the stack.

•Mentor engineers and help establish engineering best practices.

•Contribute to DevOps processes including CI/CD, infrastructure, and deployment.

•Participate in technical decision-making for architecture, frameworks, and tooling.

Required Qualifications:

•7–10 years of professional software development experience.

•Strong backend development experience with Python.

•Experience building modern frontend or mobile applications with Flutter.

•Solid experience in full-stack system design and architecture.

•Experience building and deploying production-grade applications at scale.

•Strong debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.

•Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring developers.

•Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.

Good to Have:

•Experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).

•Experience designing microservices or event-driven architectures.

•Experience with Docker, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

•Prior experience working at an early-stage startup.

•Familiarity with data platforms, AI/ML systems, or analytics pipelines.
