About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Technical Architect to lead the architecture and design of our next-generation ERP product, which includes modules such as HRMS, Sales CRM, Finance, Production, Procurement, Inventory, IT Assets, and Maintenance. This is a strategic role that requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a passion for building scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall architecture of the ERP platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead the selection of technology stacks, frameworks, and tools suitable for a modular ERP system.
- Design integration strategies across modules and with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, HR platforms, etc.).
- Establish coding standards, architectural best practices, and development guidelines.
- Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive DevOps practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud deployment.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and enterprise security standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Senior Developer in ERP or large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, API design, and modular system development.
- Expertise in technologies such as:
- Skill required with experience: .NET core, LINQ, Dapper, Entity framework, React JS
- Database: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar
- Cloud: AWS/Azure/GCP
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with ERP domains like HRMS, Finance, Inventory, and CRM is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building ERP systems from scratch or leading major ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of domain-driven design and event-driven architecture.
- Certifications in cloud platforms or enterprise architecture (e.g., AWS Architect, TOGAF).
