Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across Tech & Product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is comfortable managing roles across levels niche, and high-priority roles

You will partner closely with leaders and hiring teams to design hiring strategies, build strong pipelines, and ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.

In addition to executing on your assigned roles, you will also be responsible for managing the engineering talent pipeline for the company, working closely with senior business leaders.

Immediate joiners will be given strong preference.

Experience in Workday (desirable)

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across Tech & Product roles across levels.
  • Work with hiring managers to define requirements, design interview processes, and drive hiring outcomes.
  • Manage multiple requisitions across functions without compromising on quality or speed.

Sourcing & Talent Strategy

  • Build effective sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, market mapping & talent intelligence.
  • Create and maintain proactive pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Use data and insights to guide hiring decisions and improve recruitment processes.

Candidate & Stakeholder Experience

  • Deliver a consistent, high-touch, positive experience for candidates.
  • Advise and influence stakeholders using market data and recruiting best practices.
  • Maintain transparent communication & regular updates to leadership & hiring teams.

Recruitment Operations

  • Maintain accurate data, process discipline & reporting in the ATS & other tools.
  • Partner with People Ops on offers, compensation benchmarking, and onboarding activities.
  • Support employer branding and talent outreach initiatives as needed.
  • Be an active member of the People & Culture team; sharing insights on organizational structure, recruitment strategy & work plans with management.

What You Bring

  • 5 to 9 years of full-cycle tech / product recruiting experience.
  • Proven experience hiring across multiple geographies not limited to India.
  • Experience in technical recruiting at various levels (Ideally in-house in a tech-related start-up or an organization that has experienced high growth).
  • Strong sourcing skills, including passive talent outreach and market mapping.
  • Experience working in or recruiting for startups (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in lean team structure, fast-paced, high-growth environments with competing priorities.
  • Oversee and manage various recruitment channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, online Job Boards including tracking and reporting of recruitment pipeline for all positions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Team player - able to work in an environment with high interdependencies between teams and cross-cultural colleagues.
  • Keep abreast on industry trends, innovative recruitment sourcing techniques and local employment laws to ensure compliance to all recruitment guidelines.
