PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB:
Incomlend is looking for a Senior Tech Quality & Test Engineer to ensure all platform enhancements are properly understood, thoroughly tested, and validated before going live. This role will act as the bridge between Business and Technology in making sure requirements are clear, useful, and delivered with high quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Requirement Coordination
- Act as the Point of Contact (POC) for user requirements.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to review and refine specifications.
- Clarify requirements with stakeholders and assess business impact and usage.
- Provide timely feedback and manage expectations.
2. Collaboration with Tech Team
- Discuss requirements with developers before and during implementation.
- Ensure changes are correctly built as per approved specifications.
- Highlight risks, edge cases, or operational impact.
3. Testing & Validation
- Prepare and execute test cases (functional, regression, and integration testing).
- Conduct end-to-end testing of trade flows and system updates.
- Validate new features with internal users and, where required, customers.
- Ensure defects are properly tracked and resolved.
- Provide final validation before production release.
4. Post-Release Checks
- Perform production checks after deployment.
- Monitor system stability and escalate issues if required.
- Suggest improvements to strengthen quality processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Tech QA / Testing.
- Experience in fintech, trade finance, banking, or financial platforms.
- Strong understanding of business requirements and system workflows.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
