Technical Lead Specialist who combines deep technical expertise with visionary leadership to guide high-performing teams, shape product strategy, and deliver mission-critical solutions.
In this role, you'll work closely with
Agile Scrum teams as a Product Owner, collaborating with
Product Managers, architects, UX teams, and R&D leadership to define roadmaps and deliver intuitive, high-quality software solutions that make a global impact.
What We Expect From You
- Lead multiple Agile Scrum teams, co‑develop product vision, and drive product strategy in collaboration with Product Managers, architects, and R&D leadership.
- Provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle—from design and development to testing and deployment.
- Analyse business processes, system integrations, and data requirements to recommend effective technology solutions.
- Manage development of .NET‑based applications using C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and .NET Core/6.0/7.x frameworks.
- Build and optimize microservices‑based architectures with strong integration development experience.
- Develop cloud‑based solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Application Insights, and cloud integration services.
- Work with Azure Data Factory Pipelines (ADF), ORM frameworks, API Gateway/API Management, and SSO technologies (AD/LDAP).
- Ensure high coding standards through code reviews, refactoring, and adherence to best practices.
- Develop solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, MySQL, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Collaborate with UX teams to deliver intuitive and user‑friendly interfaces.
- Prepare concise updates on IT activities, team progress, and project milestones.
- Apply design principles, OOP, design patterns, and n‑tier architecture in solution development.
What Experience Will You Bring to the Role
- 8–12 years of software development experience with at least 7 years as a senior developer/technical lead.
- Deep knowledge of .NET technologies, cloud services, microservices, and enterprise application architecture.
- Hands‑on experience with integration tools, APIs, SSO, Azure services, data pipelines, and cloud deployments.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall.
- Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
