Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions using GCP services and Gemini technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure technical solutions.
- Design and optimize AI architectures for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish best practices for AI model development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles, data governance, and security standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in AI and cloud technologies, particularly within the GCP ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AI systems.
- Document architectural designs, technical decisions, and best practices for future reference.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with GCP AI services and Gemini technologies.
- Strong understanding of AI architecture, machine learning, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Experience with cloud-based AI solutions and MLOps practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with ethical AI principles and frameworks.
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
