Senior Tech Lead - Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development & Architecture

• Lead the design and development of cloud-native, microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement and enforce security best practices, including encryption, secure coding, and access management.
• Design robust authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, and modern identity management systems.

Cloud & Containerization

• Deploy and manage applications on AWS or Azure, utilizing Kubernetes services (EKS/AKS).
• Oversee containerization using Docker and manage Kubernetes clusters for performance, scalability, and security.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to enable smooth, automated deployments.

Monitoring & Observability

• Collaborate on implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Ensure secure API development, secrets management, and encrypted communication across cloud applications.

Leadership & Mentorship

• Guide and mentor junior developers, lead code reviews, and ensure adherence to high coding standards.
• Participate in architecture discussions and promote continuous improvement of development practices.

Continuous Learning & Knowledge Sharing

• Stay up to date with Java, Spring Boot, cloud-native technologies, and security practices.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to elevate overall development quality.
