Education: BE/B.Tech Mandatory
Experience: 7+ years in software development
Technical Expertise
Prior experience in a product-based company is a must
- Strong proficiency in Java / J2EE
- Spring Boot & Microservices architecture hands-on experience
- Solid experience with containerization technologies
- Working knowledge of ReactJS (front-end exposure)
- Experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems
- Practical exposure to Docker & Kubernetes
Methodologies
- Strong understanding & real-world experience with Agile SDLC
Leadership & Management
- Proven project management skills (planning, risk management & issue resolution)
- Excellent leadership, communication & collaboration skills
- Ability to mentor and guide engineering teams towards excellence
