Key Responsibilities
Food Preparation & Mise-en-Place
- Execute daily prep tasks with consistency and efficiency
- Ensure ingredient quality and readiness before cooking
Cooking & Meal Assembly
- Assist in cooking processes and assembling meals as per company standards
- Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation
Kitchen Hygiene & Cleanliness
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols strictly
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times
Team Support & Supervision
- Support and guide junior staff on food prep and hygiene practices
- Step in to help wherever needed to maintain workflow
Packing & Dispatch (as needed)
- Assist in packing and dispatch operations when required
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th pass)
- Experience: Minimum 24 months of relevant kitchen or food service experience
- Physical Fitness: Capable of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Personal Traits: Good hygiene, clean-shaven, punctual, disciplined, and eager to learn
- Flexibility: Open to working break shifts (Morning: 10:00 AM 3:00 PM || Evening: 7:00 PM 12:00 AM)
- Teamwork: Able to take instructions and collaborate effectively with others
Shift & Meal Details
- Store Operating Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 AM
- Shift Duration: 10 hours
- Meal Provision:
- 1 Meal (Rice + Indian Curry) per shift
- 2 Meals for those working full break shifts
