Senior Team Manager - IT/BFSI Hiring

• You will be placing quality candidates with our clients and leading the team to achieve and exceed their targets.
• Account management and managing service delivery.
• Designing recruiting & Ramp; account management strategies/policies/plans.
• Managing multiple accounts with operational excellence.
• Develop and grow strong business relationships with new and existing clients.
• Developing and researching monthly and quarterly business reports to provide insight into team issues, successes, and areas of improvement.
• Leading and managing monthly/quarterly reviews with the internal recruitment team as well as with clients.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in recruitment – contract and permanent staffing.
• Must have led a team in past.
• Proven experience in Managing existing clients and supporting business unit head for new client acquisition.
• Proven track record of recruiting for varying levels of talent
• Ability to adapt and problem solve with less guidance
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
