This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Team Lead, located in New Delhi. The Senior Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily team operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, and achieving project goals. Tasks include coordinating team activities, mentoring team members, managing project timelines, and providing technical support as needed. The role also involves liaising with clients, preparing reports, and facilitating seamless communication within the team and with senior management.

• Team leadership, project management, and coordination skills
• Strong technical knowledge in telecom equipment and testing & measurement instruments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service and client relationship management experience
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Relevant experience in the electronics or telecom industry
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field
• Experience with Japanese or Chinese telecom brands is a plus
