Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and overseecomplete RCM operationsCharge Entry, Coding, Billing, Payment Posting, Denial Management, and AR follow-up.

Lead and mentor the operations team to achieveproductivity, quality, and SLA targets.

Analyze performance metrics and implementprocess improvement initiatives.

Ensureclient satisfactionthrough effective communication and prompt issue resolution.

Conducttraining sessions, performance reviews, and team development activities.

MaintainHIPAA complianceand uphold Prochants quality and operational standards.

Collaborate with internal teams for workflow optimization and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong expertise inUS Healthcare RCMwith complete process knowledge.

Experience as aTeam Lead or Acting Senior Team Leadin RCM Operations.

Proven ability tolead teams, manage escalations, and deliver results.

DME (Durable Medical Equipment)process knowledge is an added advantage.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Proficiency inRCM tools, EHR systems, and MS Office applications.

Preference for candidates withgood stabilityin previous roles
