Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Team Leader, based in Gurugram. The Senior Team Leader will oversee daily operations, ensuring team efficiency and productivity while maintaining high levels of service quality. You will manage, mentor, and develop team members, monitor performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and implement strategies to improve workflow. Collaboration with key stakeholders to meet organizational objectives and deliver exceptional results is essential in this position.

• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and utilizing performance metrics to optimize team output

• Experience in process improvement and operational strategies
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies to support team operations
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience in Banking process is must .
