Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Team Lead - Auto Digital Loans. The Senior Team Lead will oversee end-to-end operations in the auto digital loans domain, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless execution of loan approvals. The candidate will analyze financial data, optimize loan processes, and collaborate with partners to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the individual will play a pivotal role in driving strategy and managing team performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify patterns, and optimize decision-making processes
• Experience in Finance and Financial Services, with knowledge of loan processes and industry regulations
• Strong coordination, communication & execution skills
• A problem-solver who's comfortable with both data and people
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
• Relevant experience in the automotive or fintech industry managing telesales operations is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

Salary

3 lac upto 5 lac depending upon relevant loan industry experience.
