Reviews Federal U.S. tax returns for Individuals (Forms 1040, 1040-NR, and FinCEN Form 114) and State tax returns

Reviews Federal U.S. tax returns for C Corporations (Forms 1120), S Corporations (Form 1120-S), and Partnerships (Form 1065) and State tax returns

Reviews International Tax Compliance forms for Individuals with foreign companies (Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8865, 926, 1116, 2555, 8938, and FinCEN Form 114 [FBARs]).

Reviews Financial Statements including Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Trial Balances in accordance with GAAP for real estate / passive activity companies.

Being Open to Obtaining a US VISA and traveling is a PLUS.
