Senior Tax Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Form 1040 (U.S. Individual Tax Returns) using Prosystem Axcess.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations and firm standards.
• Collaborate with U.S. teams to meet deadlines and resolve client queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation and workpapers.
• Support special tax projects and client advisory initiatives.
• Mentor and train junior tax staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience preparing Form 1040 using Prosystem Axcess.
• Familiarity with Prosystem Engagement is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• EA or CPA license/Pursuing is a plus.
