Responsibilities

1. Working on content including the development of ideas, writing and creating it.

2. Researching the target audience, closest competitors, experts.

3. Looking for new approaches on how to improve follower count of the talents.

4. Act as a mentor to the influencers and help them grow their followers.

5. Bringing brand deals for your exclusive talent.

6. Following the latest trends in marketing trends, influencer marketing, technology, etc.

7. Cooperate and coordinate with the operations team for more effective coordination

and success of campaigns on different platforms.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, marketing, communications, or

similar

2. 2+ years of experience in Talent Management.

3. Be proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate with an attention to detail.

4. Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.

5. Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management.6
