About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and relationship-focused Senior Talent Manager to manage exclusive creators and ensure smooth execution of brand collaborations. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day creator management, campaign coordination, creator communication, commercial alignment, and maintaining strong long-term relationships with managed talent.

The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, and prior experience managing exclusive creators in a fast-paced influencer marketing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Relationship Management
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with exclusive creators represented by the agency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for creators regarding campaigns, collaborations, schedules, and brand opportunities.
  • Understand creator personalities, content styles, audience demographics, and platform strengths to align them with suitable campaigns.
  • Ensure creators have a seamless experience while working with brands and internal teams.
  • Build long-term trust and maintain strong creator satisfaction and retention.
Campaign Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate end-to-end campaign communication between creators, brands, and internal teams.
  • Brief creators on campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, and content expectations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to campaign guidelines.
  • Coordinate approvals, revisions, and feedback between creators and brands.
  • Monitor campaign execution closely and proactively resolve creator-related issues.
  • Ensure campaigns are executed smoothly without delays or communication gaps.
Commercial & Brand Collaboration Management
  • Coordinate with Pricing and Brand Partnerships teams regarding creator commercials and campaign opportunities.
  • Align creators on campaign deliverables, usage rights, timelines, and payment terms.
  • Ensure creators are informed about collaboration expectations before campaign initiation.
  • Support internal teams during commercial discussions and negotiation alignment when required.
Creator Escalation Management
  • Handle creator concerns and escalations related to campaigns, payments, approvals, timelines, and communication.
  • Work closely with Operations, CRM, and Finance teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism and transparency while handling sensitive creator concerns.
  • Ensure all escalations are tracked, documented, and resolved within defined timelines.
Internal Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Partnerships, Campaign Management, Planning, Operations, CRM, and Finance teams.
  • Share creator availability, schedules, campaign statuses, and execution updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between creators and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in campaign planning discussions and recommend suitable creators for brand campaigns.
Reporting & Process Management
  • Maintain detailed records of creator communication, campaign statuses, deliverables, contracts, and commercials.
  • Track creator performance, campaign feedback, and collaboration history.
  • Prepare reports related to creator utilization, campaign execution, and creator engagement.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements for smoother talent management processes.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to agency SOPs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, talent management, or artist relations.
  • Prior experience managing exclusive creators or influencer rosters is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing platforms, content ecosystems, and creator workflows.
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple creators and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and project management platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
