Ciklum is looking for a Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist to join our team full-time in Chennai.

As a Senior Talent Fulfilment Specialist, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow and drive technical recruitment excellence across India, supporting international clients in the US and the EU. Responsibilities:

• Senior Recruitment Consultant will assume responsibility for the client / stack center portfolio focusing on Indian market
• This role implies full process leadership & direct engagement with senior level stakeholders as well as top notch candidate pools
• You will develop strong knowledge of relevant talent pools & Ciklum's strategy to adjust recruitment focus accordingly
• You will apply all relevant methodologies to access & attract top talent for Ciklum & it's clients in India
• You will get sourcing / agency support where needed & access to full set of candidate sourcing tools
• Senior Recruitment Consultant will represent Ciklum to the highest standard & will promote company employer brand

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in recruitment for IT specialists in international companies, recruitment agencies
• Strong experience in Boolean, X-Ray Searchers
• Expert in sourcing talents through LinkedIn, Github, Kaggle, Stackoverflow
• Experience in candidate selection, interviewing
• Experience in direct search and headhunting
• Ability to lead full cycle recruitment process
• Advanced level of written and conversational English
• Strong Negotiation and persuasion skills are mandatory
• Positive attitude & result oriented approach
• Membership in HR forums like NHRD etc are preferred
• Experienced in driving any TA initiatives are preferred
