Job Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end hiring process, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified employees to meet its current and future needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles and build a network of potential candidates.
- Leverage job boards, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting to attract top talent.
- Analyze the market, salary trends, and best hiring practices.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and providing timely feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and adjust strategies to improve recruitment processes.
- Monitor and improve the offer-to-joining ratio by managing candidate expectations, maintaining communication, and addressing concerns post-offer.
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to minimize drop-offs between offer acceptance and joining.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment within a technology company; prior experience in a product company is a plus.
- Proven experience in executing recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
