Roles and Responsibility:

• Partner with technical hiring managers to define key skills and role expectations
• Break down job descriptions to understand the hard and soft skills needed
• Translate technical requirements into talent search criteria
• End to End hiring process
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure long term relationship
• Data backed analysis to bring right solution

Qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in core IT
• Strong relationship management with client facing experience
• Hands on experience hiring through LinkedIn and headhunting
