Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Talent Specialist (Senior Recruiter) to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions in a fast-paced startup environment. This role involves handling technical and non-technical hiring, US hiring, stakeholder management, recruitment reporting, and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should be able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously, maintain recruitment trackers, calculate and present KPIs, ensure timely communication with stakeholders, and provide an excellent candidate experience.

End-to-End Recruitment

The core responsibilities for the job include the following:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (6/7 open roles at a time) across functions.
  • Handle hiring for technical, non-technical, healthcare, and operations roles like Fullstack Engineer, Medical transcriptionist, Billing specialist, etc.
  • Manage US-based hiring as and when required.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on role fit and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure strong candidate experience and engagement throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain continuous pipeline for frequently hired roles.

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring status and challenges.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Act as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers.

Recruitment Operations, Reporting And KPI Management

  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and Excel dashboards.
  • Track and calculate recruitment KPIs, including: Time-to-submit, time to fill, Number of submissions, Interviews scheduled, Offers released, Closures per month
  • Present weekly recruitment reports and KPI dashboards to the HR manager.
  • Ensure data accuracy, tracker maintenance, and timely reporting.
  • Maintain function-wise hiring trackers and candidate pipeline trackers.

Market Research And Benchmarking

  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market research.
  • Support hiring managers with compensation insights and talent availability.
  • Maintain competitor and talent market data for key roles.

HR Operations And Additional Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations as and when required.
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and joining formalities.
  • Send welcome emails and coordinate onboarding documentation.
  • Handle ad hoc HR and recruitment tasks.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Experience in US hiring is preferred.
  • Strong experience in LinkedIn sourcing and passive hiring.
  • Strong Excel and tracker management skills.
  • Experience in KPI tracking and recruitment reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment.
