Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for UK and EU requirements (Permanent, Contract, FTC, Sub-contract).
• Work on roles across IT, Engineering, ER&D, Automotive, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Professional Services domains.
• Handle high-volume and niche hiring across multiple European countries (UK, Germany, Sweden, France, Poland, etc.).
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, feedback, and offer management.
• Ensure SLA-driven delivery and closures within agreed timelines.

Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and future demands.
• Perform market mapping and salary benchmarking for UK/EU regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Strong hands-on experience in UK & EU recruitment.
• Expertise in permanent and contract staffing models.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
• Strong knowledge of UK/EU hiring compliance and market trends.
• Experience working with global clients, system integrators, or RPO models.
• Proficiency with ATS tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to IR35, EOR, payroll, and visa hiring.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, ER&D, automotive, or healthcare sectors.
• Prior experience working with UK/EU staffing vendors or consulting firms.
