About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist (NON-IT from any Manpower Sourcing Firm/HR agency) who can independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for white-collar and permanent positions with leading corporate clients. The ideal candidate must be strong in sourcing, client handling, and building long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level white-collar mandates.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, databases, referrals and other channels.
- Screen, evaluate and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiation and offer closures.
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring requirements.
Client Handling & Key Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client requirements, culture and expectations thoroughly.
- Ensure timely delivery of quality profiles and maintain client satisfaction.
- Manage escalations, feedback and ensure smooth communication with clients.
- Build and strengthen long-term professional relationships with top clients (bigshot companies).
Operational Excellence
- Maintain trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment dashboards.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets and ensure timely closures.
- Manage internal coordination and support team members when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for white-collar/permanent roles.
- Excellent communication & client management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, Excel and recruitment tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of independent decision-making.
