ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with the Client HR team and Hiring Managers to understand requirements and cascade them to the backend delivery SPOC for smooth execution.
- Manage RPO coordination activities, including requirement gathering, candidate tracking, follow-ups, and recruitment delivery.
- Handle Non-IT recruitment across Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering, and Corporate Functions.
- Coordinate with the backend delivery team to ensure timely execution and closure of requirements.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective coordination, regular communication, and timely resolution of concerns.
- Participate actively in weekly review calls with the backend delivery SPOC and Account Head, and monitor progress to avoid any deviations or escalations.
- Manage escalations proactively by identifying issues and providing timely solutions to client concerns
- Supporting the client HR team in other transactional areas, if requested
- Maintaining daily/weekly MIS/ reports
PRE-REQUISITES
- 5–10 years of experience in recruitment/coordination- NON IT
- Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment, particularly in Manufacturing, Plant Hiring, Engineering Hiring, and Corporate Function Hiring.
- Experience in RPO coordination and/or client-facing recruitment roles is preferred.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and stakeholder management.
- Experience in requirement gathering and cascading requirements to the backend delivery team for timely execution.
- Good knowledge of data management, MIS, recruitment reports, and recruitment tracking
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners to 15 days preferred.
- Should be comfortable working 5 days WFO at the client location in Thane, Mumbai.
