Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in Human Resources by aligning recruitment strategies with business goals. This position involves working closely with hiring managers, executives, and HR partners to identify staffing needs, source candidates, and oversee the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Forecast hiring needs across departments and plan accordingly.
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
  • Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Interview & Selection Process
  • Organize and manage screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure smooth and effective selection.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Partner with department heads and HR teams to understand staffing needs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters.
  • Process Improvement
  • Continuously refine recruitment processes and adopt innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software for efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ATS, sourcing tools, HR software, and data analytics.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience: 10 years in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM, or AIRS.
  • Experience in specialized recruitment (IT, finance, healthcare, etc.).
  • Proven track record of reducing hiring timelines and improving candidate quality.
