About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring for critical technology roles across engineering, data, product, and Finance. This is a high‑ownership, hands‑on role that partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to deliver high‑quality, scalable hiring outcomes in a fast‑growing, AI‑driven environment.

You will operate as a trusted hiring advisor, owning requisitions from intake to close, influencing hiring strategy through market insights, and continuously improving recruiting processes using data, automation, and AI‑enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

End‑to‑End Technical Recruiting

  • Own full‑cycle recruiting for mid‑ to senior‑level technical roles
  • Lead intake conversations to define success profiles, hiring priorities, and timelines
  • Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and closing with minimal oversight

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipelines

  • Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies using AI‑powered tools, Zoho Recuiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and talent communities
  • Build and maintain long‑term, diverse pipelines aligned to business growth plans
  • Leverage sourcing analytics and AI recommendations to improve funnel quality

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring trade‑offs
  • Set clear expectations and drive accountability across interview panels
  • Influence hiring decisions using data and structured assessment

Candidate Experience & Assessment

  • Conduct in‑depth screening interviews assessing technical depth, problem‑solving, and cultural alignment
  • Ensure structured, fair, and bias‑aware interview processes
  • Deliver a high‑touch candidate experience, especially for senior and hard‑to‑hire profiles
  • Lead offer discussions and candidate closing

Data, Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Own recruiting metrics: time‑to‑hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness, quality of hire
  • Use dashboards and AI insights to identify bottlenecks and optimize processes
  • Partner with HR to improve recruiting workflows, SLAs, and tooling
  • Maintain accurate, compliant data in the Zoho Recruit ATS

Team Enablement

  • Contribute to recruiting playbooks, interview frameworks, and best practices
  • Champion experimentation with AI, automation, and new recruiting technologies

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Proven success hiring for engineering, data, product, and Finance roles
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms specifically Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, global environment

  • Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and development lifecycles
  • Data‑driven mindset with comfort using recruiting metrics to influence decisions
