Job Description

  • Lead and coach a 13 member TA team across two major regions, ensuring high quality delivery across complex, multi country environment.
  • Oversee large-scale recruitment for varied functions and countries within the EMEA region.
  • Set strategic direction on sourcing, capacity planning, and demand forecasting across countries and job families.
  • Solve operational hiring challenges spanning multiple markets or specialist areas.
  • Partner with HR and Business leaders to shape region-specific hiring strategies.
  • Provide talent market insights, hiring trends, and capability gap analysis across Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
  • Champion consistent and inclusive candidate experience across diverse market environments.
  • Drive employer brand initiatives and multi-market attraction campaigns.
  • Maintain TA governance and compliance with diverse regulatory requirements across EMEA.
  • Use data and analytics to optimise performance and drive operational improvements.
  • Identify systemic gaps, escalate cross-region risks, and support global process evolution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience leading sizeable in-house TA teams across all of parts of the EMEA region aligning with their time zones and working hours.
  • Strong leadership background managing geographically dispersed teams and building TA capability.
  • Expertise in high-volume and specialist hiring across multiple corporate and sales functions.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders on workforce planning and TA strategy.
  • Deep understanding of EMEA talent landscape and country-specific regulatory and maturity differences.
  • Background working in global/matrix organisations with structured governance frameworks.
  • Strong track record driving inclusion and improved diversity outcomes.
  • Analytical depth to leverage data for decision-making, performance management, and optimisation.
  • Experience leading operational transformation and embedding global TA initiatives.
