Working Days: Monday to Friday
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed Off)
Shift Duration: 8 Hours 30 Minutes (inclusive of 1 hour 30 minutes of break time)
Work Mode: 2 Work-From-Home (WFH) days per month
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail positions across various locations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in volume hiring, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to source quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle retail hiring requirements for store-level and corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Meet recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time (TAT).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in retail hiring.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience in bulk hiring and managing multiple positions simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Proficiency in using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
