Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Role Requirements:

· Experience: Relevant experience of 3+ years in hiring for the US Healthcare RCM sector is Preferred

· Job Portal Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Naukri (posting, sourcing, Boolean search, nVites, etc.)

· Recruitment Process: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and offer issuance using source types such as job portals, referrals, and vendors.

· Tracking & Reporting: Ability to create and maintain required trackers and dashboards.

· Stakeholder Management: Experience in global stakeholder management is preferred.

· Walk-in Drives: Coordination and management of walk-in interview drives.

· Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Education: Regular graduate (B.Com/ BBA/ Other)
