We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional with strong ownership, persistence, and a results-driven approach. This is not a conventional recruiting role—it requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, proactively identifies talent, and takes full accountability for closing roles with speed and precision.

This role suits a self-driven recruiter who enjoys working on high-impact mandates while building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.

Experience: 7–9 Years

Location: Chennai / Remote

Engagement Type: Contract (Pay-per-Closure)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles—from talent mapping to successful offer closure
  • Proactively build and maintain a strong, relevant talent pipeline aligned to current and anticipated hiring needs
  • Actively source and engage high-quality candidates through diverse and creative channels
  • Build depth in pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles to ensure readiness and faster turnaround
  • Drive candidate engagement with intent, consistency, and a strong sense of urgency
  • Partner closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role expectations and refine candidate profiles
  • Influence and guide candidates through the hiring process with clarity and professionalism
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain momentum across all stages of hiring
  • Leverage market intelligence to advise on hiring strategies, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability

What We're Looking For:

  • 7–9 years of experience in recruitment with strong end-to-end hiring exposure
  • Demonstrated success in independently closing challenging roles while building and maintaining strong talent pipelines
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with a proactive and resourceful approach to talent identification
  • Ability to anticipate hiring needs and build pipelines ahead of demand
  • Exceptional Communication skills, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • High ownership, persistence, and accountability with a clear focus on outcomes
  • Strong follow-through with the ability to maintain momentum across hiring stages
