Job Title: Senior Tableau Developer

Work Mode: Pune (Hybrid)

Job Description

Technical Skills Required:

Tableau Expertise: Mastery of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.
Data Architecture & ETL: Strong knowledge of data design, modeling, and ETL processes.
SQL & Databases: Proficiency in SQL; hands-on with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
Data Integration: Ability to integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau.
Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing dashboard performance for large datasets.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms.

Soft Skills & Training

Mentorship: Experience mentoring and training junior analysts, especially teams in Pune.
Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional and remote teams.
Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities in ETL workflows and Tableau environments.
Documentation: Skilled at creating clear, user-friendly internal and external documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor junior team members in Pune, supporting their professional growth.
Design and implement scalable Tableau dashboards and data solutions.
Optimize Tableau environments for high performance and scalability.
Conduct technical training, workshops, and 1:1 mentorship.
