Looking for:

•3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

• Strong hands-on sourcing experience through Naukri, LinkedIn & other channels

• End-to-end recruitment experience across multiple requirements

• Strong stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills

• Experience managing hiring pipelines, interview coordination and offer closures

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
