General Summary:
As part of Qualcomm's Talent Acquisition (TA) team, you will contribute to initiatives that will enhance the overall candidate experience and serve as a talent advisor to the business and our team. This role will focus on the end-to-end recruiting cycle and sourcing to identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition team incorporates industry best practices in recruiting that align with corporate objectives, workflows, and processes while considering business, industry, legal, and compliance factors to enable TA solutions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

As a Sr TA Specialist, you will be a team player, responsible for scaling TA operations by designing standardized service models, enabling crossregional delivery, and partnering closely with TA-CPs, sourcing, scheduling, onboarding, and talent research teams.
This Role:
- Will Report to the Manager/Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition People Solutions & Ops
- Will be based in Bangalore/Hyderabad (Onsite)
Role Expectations
Sourcing & Niche Talent Strategy Enablement
- Partner with talent sourcing and research teams to support niche and hard to hire engineering talent segments
- Enable targeted sourcing strategies aligned with regional and global hiring needs.
Global TA Operations & Service Delivery
- Enable scalable operational coverage for highvolume hiring cycles and regionspecific hiring programs.
- Serve as the central orchestration point between People Strategy & Ops TA, TACPs, sourcers, coordinators, and regional stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate endtoend TA operational support, including screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, sourcing coordination, onboarding, and new hire experience.
- Design, implement, and govern global operating models for TA services, ensuring consistency across regions.
- Lead recurring crossregional forums, working sessions, and operational reviews to drive alignment and transparency
- Translate operational data into clear insights, efficiency gains, and impact narratives for senior leaders.
Governance, Communication & Change Management
- Own and manage global communications related to TA support models, timelines, and changes.
- Ensure clear ownership, stakeholder inclusion, and followthrough across regions.
- Support adoption of new processes and operating models through structured change management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Psychology, Humanities, or related field.
- 7+ years of work experience within Talent Acquisition as a Sr sourcing specialist or full life cycle recruiter, with expertise in the Global Talent markets.
- Experience recruiting/attracting talent in the Semiconductor/Electronics/Core Engineering industries.
- S/he will act as a talent advisor, communicate effectively with the recruiters, recruiting managers, hiring managers, and team members throughout the sourcing/recruitment process. Share and exchange timely information with stakeholders and candidates
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates from diversified and unconventional sourcing channels (ATS, LinkedIn, Job portals, Social sites, etc.)
- S/he will participate in team and organizational level strategic initiatives (viz Conferences, hiring events, etc.) including assessment of best practices in talent sourcing, competitor intelligence, diversity & inclusion and contribute to the overall TA strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- Talent souring or full desk recruiting for a Hi-tech company/client will be an added advantage
- Candidate should be tech-savvy, interested in learning about Qualcomm's emerging technologies, products (6G, Mobile, Computing, Automotive, IoT, etc.) and apply this knowledge in finding the best talent
