Senior Systems Engineer

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite. Create and manage personalized customer communications for email, SMS, print, web, and mobile channels. Develop templates, forms, customer correspondence, statements, notices, invoices, and marketing communications. Configure and optimize Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive, Automation, and Scaler components. Integrate customer data from CRM, ERP, databases, and enterprise systems. Implement dynamic content, business rules, personalization, and conditional messaging. Support campaign execution and customer journey communication requirements. Collaborate with marketing, business, product, and technology teams to understand communication needs. Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support activities. Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility, regulatory, and governance standards. Analyze communication effectiveness and recommend optimization opportunities.
