Senior Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite
• Create and manage personalized customer communications for email SMS print web and mobile channels
• Develop templates forms customer correspondence statements notices invoices and marketing communications
• Configure and optimize Quadient Inspire Designer Interactive Automation and Scaler components
• Integrate customer data from CRM ERP databases and enterprise systems
• Implement dynamic content business rules personalization and conditional messaging
• Support campaign execution and customer journey communication requirements
• Collaborate with marketing business product and technology teams to understand communication needs
• Perform testing troubleshooting deployment and production support activities
• Ensure compliance with branding accessibility regulatory and governance standards
• Analyze communication effectiveness and recommend optimization opportunities
