About Us: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to drive the design, deployment, and support of next-generation data center and AI infrastructure solutions. This critical role involves architecting cutting-edge systems for high-performance computing (HPC) and complex AI workloads, working directly with enterprise customers and key OEM partners like NVIDIA and Supermicro. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Implementation: Architect, configure, and deploy NVIDIA GPU and Supermicro server solutions. Design scalable compute, storage, and networking architectures tailored for customer and project needs. Conduct system integration, benchmarking, and performance tuning.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for NVIDIA DGX systems, Supermicro servers, and related infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and software issues, coordinating vendor escalations (NVIDIA, Supermicro).
- Collaboration & Partner Engagement: Collaborate closely with NVIDIA and Supermicro technical teams for solution validation and product updates. Support internal sales and presales teams with customer engagements, demos, and Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementations.
- Data Center Management: Manage on-premise and hosted lab environments for testing and evaluation. Ensure adherence to data center standards related to power, cooling, cabling, and security.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive system design documents, deployment guides, test reports, and maintain accurate asset/configuration records.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably within data center or enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of NVIDIA GPU architectures (DGX, HGX, CUDA, AI/ML frameworks).
- Proficiency with Supermicro server platforms, including BIOS/firmware management and IPMI tools.
- Familiarity with data center networking (Ethernet/InfiniBand) and storage systems (SAN/NAS).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and Linux/Windows server environments.
- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and AI infrastructure management is a plus.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- NVIDIA Certified Professional (NCP/NGCA)
- Supermicro Certified Engineer
- VMware VCP / Cisco CCNP / Red Hat RHCE
