Senior System T&V Engineer

As a T&V Engineer @ Maxwell, you will be responsible for the verification & validation of battery management systems. You will be involved in all the different stages of product development from validation test cases definition to creation of test environment and test plan. You will also be responsible for making test plan, test strategy, test design, Test reports, defect reporting etc.

• 
  Customer side T&V requirements for modules/ systems, consultation to customer
• sCapture and analyze software/System requirements from customer and related Systems / Component
• sPlan to Develop and execute manual and / or automated tests on virtual test environment, target ECU and HI
• LParticipate in review of SW requirements and architecture documents, internal and customer test specifications and test result
• sAnalyse Defect and change Request
• .Mentor, hire, and train a team of test engineer
• sDevelop and execute V&V both automatic and manual tests for our BM
• SReleasing test report and Summary of released FW
• .Maintain testing documentation to adhere to ISTQB, Fusa, and IS0 26262 standard
• sProvide support of Cross-functional root cause analysi
