You will provide 24x7 Splunk operational support within Infrastructure Services and Secure Public Cloud environment. Your role includes proactive maintenance and administration of Splunk as monitoring and data analytics tool to ensure stable IT service delivery, improving monitoring system availability by preventing outages and performance issues. You will help to resolve service requests for data onboarding and perform investigations to resolve incident related tickets. You will also work with product vendors for incident escalation, bug and security fixes.
Ready to embark on the journey Here's what we are looking for:
As a Senior System Support Specialist (Splunk), having hands-on experience in Splunk Enterprise or Splunk Cloud is a huge plus. You are having:
- 6-8 years of working experience with bachelor's degree or relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Practical knowledge and experience in Splunk architecture, configuration and data onboarding process.
- Experience in other monitoring tools and scripting languages
- Good knowledge in Linux OS and Kubernetes will be advantage
- Working experience in Azure cloud services.
