Overview

We are seeking a Citrix Engineer with atleast 3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a Citrix engineer with a proven track record of supporting multiple Citrix farms.

Responsibilities

• Support Citrix virtualization solutions, including Citrix Virtual Applications & Desktops, and Citrix Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Citrix solutions with other IT systems and applications.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of Citrix-related issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for Citrix configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Citrix.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Citrix administration and Server operations
• Good understanding of virtualization and networking concepts.
• Working experience on Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory.
• Good understanding of ITIL process and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
