Senior system engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed test scenarios and test cases for SAP PP and QM processes
• Perform Functional Integration System Regression and User Acceptance Testing UAT
• Validate production planning processes including MRP Production Orders BOM Routing Work Centers and Capacity Planning
• Test Quality Management processes such as Inspection Planning Quality Notifications Quality Certificates and Audit Management
• Validate integration between SAP PP QM and other modules such as MM SD WM EWM PM and FICO
• Execute end to end business process testing across manufacturing and quality assurance functions
• Log track and retest defects using defect management tools
• Collaborate with functional consultants business users and development teams for issue resolution
• Prepare test execution reports defect summaries and test closure reports
• Support SAP ECC and SAP S 4HANA implementation rollout support and upgrade projects

• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools such as HP ALM JIRA Azure DevOps or Solution Manager
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with SAP S 4HANA transformation projects
• Exposure to SAP automation tools such as Tosca Worksoft or Selenium
• Knowledge of manufacturing and quality assurance business processes
• Experience working in Agile Scrum environments
• SAP PP or QM functional knowledge certification is preferred
