Senior system engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements functional specifications and user stories related to SAP SuccessFactors
• Design develop and execute test cases test scenarios and test scripts
• Perform Functional Testing Integration Testing System Testing Regression Testing and User Acceptance Testing UAT
• Validate end to end HR processes across SuccessFactors and integrated systems
• Execute data validation and reconciliation activities
• Log track and retest defects using defect management tools
• Collaborate with HR business users functional consultants developers and integration teams
• Prepare test execution reports status reports and defect metrics
• Support SIT UAT release testing and production deployment activities
• Required SAP SuccessFactors Modules Experience
• Hands on testing experience in one or more of the following modules
• Employee Central EC
• Recruitment Management RCM
• Onboarding 2
• Performance Goals Management PMGM
• Learning Management System LMS
• Compensation Management
• Succession Development
• Time Off and Time Tracking
