Job Description

Responsibilities :

Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. Perform Functional, System, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Validate Dynamics 365 customizations, configurations, workflows, business rules, and security roles. Test Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing. Perform end-to-end testing across integrated business applications. Conduct API and web service testing for Dynamics integrations. Execute database validation and data migration testing. Identify, log, track, and retest defects through closure. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional consultants to ensure quality delivery. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives.
