Senior system engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse Testing
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write complex queries joins stored procedures and data validation scripts
• Hands on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica Talend DataStage SSIS Ab Initio or similar
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing Concepts including Fact Tables Dimension Tables Star Schema and Snowflake Schema
• Experience in validating source to target mappings
• Knowledge of data migration and data reconciliation techniques
• Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL or Teradata
• Strong understanding of SDLC STLC and Agile methodologies
• Experience with defect management tools like JIRA
• Preferred Skills
• Experience with Cloud Data Platforms such as AWS Redshift Snowflake Azure Synapse or Google BigQuery
• Exposure to Big Data Testing using Hadoop Spark or Databricks
• Knowledge of ETL automation tools and scripting using Python or Shell scripting
• Experience with data quality tools such as Informatica DQ or Great Expectations
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI Tableau or Qlik
• Understanding of CI CD pipelines and DevOps practices
