Senior system engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements functional specifications and user stories
• Design and execute test scenarios test cases and test scripts for PEGA applications
• Perform Functional Regression System Integration End to End and User Acceptance Testing UAT
• Validate PEGA workflows business rules case management processes decision tables and SLAs
• Test PEGA applications for workflow routing case lifecycle management and business process automation
• Perform API and web service testing for PEGA integrations
• Conduct database validation and data reconciliation testing
• Identify log track and retest defects through closure
• Work closely with development and business teams to resolve issues
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
• Prepare test execution reports and quality metrics
